8am Outdoor Health Fitness Session

Presented by… Sam Jackson

Join Celebrity Coach Samantha Jackson for an hour of health and fitness fun – including 30 minutes of high intensity interval training interspersed with practical advice on nutrition & exercise to help you always be on top of your health game.  Sam will have you sweating profusely whilst you learn about how to optimise your body composition … and you’ll have a few laughs along the way too!


9am Spring Yoga
Presented by… Amanda Bisk

Join Amanda Bisk, Former Australian Pole Vaulter, Qualified Health Expert, Yoga Teacher and Fitness Icon, for a morning open-air yoga session from 9am -10am. A gentle and integrated practice, focused on cultivating mindfulness, and creating perfect balance and harmony within the human system. Designed for beginners, this practice welcomes all levels of experience.

10am Mindhacking Happiness Masterclass
Presented by… Matt Hale

Let international mind hacks expert speaker and entertainer, Matt Hale, show you how to use the way you think to get where you want… and set it on autopilot! In Mindhacking Happiness, Matt gives you the exact steps to easily feel fantastic, form great habits, break bad ones and improve your life. 11am Breathe and Freeze
Presented by… The Human Excellence Project

Be prepared to push yourself way out of your comfort zones and learn and practice powerful life changing Marcel-hof breathing techniques. Learn to embrace discomfort to build a strong resilient. The morning will include Breathing Techniques, ICE Bath, & Priming Exercise. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body &  mind, and learn directly (by experience) about your underlying physiology. Hosted by The Human Excellence Project, a non-profit local initiative focused on the improvement of the emotional, mental & physical well-being of all the people in the community.



8.30am – 30 min Les Mills Barre
What is Les Mills Barre? A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
What to bring: no equipment needed


9.30am – 30 min Les Mills CXWORX

What is CXWORX?Les Mills CXWORX is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core and take your abs to the next level. Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this dynamic training hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and ‘slings’ connecting the upper and lower body. This class will leave you looking good and feeling strong!


10.30am – 30 min Les Mills Body Balance

What is Les Mills Body Balance? Pilates, yoga and tai chi combined in a workout that
builds flexibility and strength leaving you feeling centred and calm. Controlled  reathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

The festival will also bring together a vibrant array of market stalls showcasing Perth’s most innovative health and wellness businesses and products, and a range of delicious and nutritious food vendors.
