Q: Where can I find my voucher?

A: It will be sent to your registered email right after the payment is successfully done.

Q: How do I use my voucher?

A: You can either print the voucher, or you can show an email sent by us.

Q: What is the expiry date for the voucher?

A: Each voucher has different expiry date. The expiry date for the voucher is included within the email that you received by us or you can see it on the ‘checkpoint’ within the business information page.

Q: Is it possible to cancel my order?

A:You can cancel your order within 7 days from your purchase. However, the voucher should not have been used.

Q: What do I do if I received the wrong order?

A: Please return the product to us within 7 days and we will ship the right order to you. The postage fee is paid by us and we will refund you the postage fee paid by you when returning the goods to us.

Q: What do I do if the items are damaged?

A: It the goods were damaged by our fault, we will replace the damaged goods with the new one. However, we do not refund or replace products if you change your mind or that are damaged by your mistake.

A: We understand that it is sometimes difficult to get in touch with the merchant. Make sure that you have used correct contact details listed on merchant’s website.
